Stella, nearly two, joined her parents Olga and Evan Brown for Bexley’s Memorial Day observance May 29. Families of all ages gathered at Drexel Circle’s World War II obelisk to honor local fallen heroes from Central Ohio. Army Brig. Gen. Gail Atkins, commander of the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime and Defense Supply Center Columbus, delivered the day’s keynote remarks. Bexley is located a few miles from the neighboring DSCC military installation in Central Ohio.
