Army celebrates 248th birthday
Army Brig. Gen. David Warshaw, director of the Operational Analysis Department for the Operations and Integration Directorate at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, gave the keynote address during a birthday ceremony June 14, 2023, at the McNamara Headquarters Complex at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The event was held for employees of all tenant agencies at the complex.
