2018 DLA Culture Survey results show consistent scores across the enterprise in the measured areas of Adaptability, Mission, Consistency, and Involvement. Feedback from DLA employees translated into scores that ranged between 54 (Creating Change) and 74 (Empowerment and Agreement).
