When using DLA Energy's Contract Information System (CIS) Bulk Petroleum and after selecting the Report Format Option "Email Report in Narrative Format" the Enter "Mail To" Email Address window will pop up where the user will enter a Name and email address they want the report to be sent to. After submission a confirmation pop up will appear.
