DSCR's renovated visitor control center prioritizes service, security
Visitor Control Center Clerk Florence Smith is the receptionist that greets customers as they enter the center. She has worked at Defense Supply Center Richmond’s VCC since July 2022. She is employed through SOAR365, a Richmond-based AbilityOne federal contractor.
