Eisenhower School Visit
Defense Logistics Agency Indo Pacific, Distribution, and Energy leaders hosted 12 students and 2 professors from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy during a full day engagement at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, on April 15, 2026. The visit provided an integrated look at theater sustainment through sequential stops at DLA Indo Pacific headquarters, DLA Distribution Pearl Harbor, and the DLA Energy Defense Fuel Support Point at Makalapa. Students received briefings from CAPT Patrick Brown and directors across Energy, Troop Support, Disposition, and Weapons Support portfolios before conducting a walkthrough of the transshipment center and a site visit with the Navy fuels commander. The Eisenhower School prepares senior military officers, government civilians, and select international partners to address national security challenges by understanding how logistics, materiel distribution, and fuel supply networks underpin joint operations in the Indo Pacific.
