J20 Petroleum Quality Assurance Course taught at DFSP Okinawa for first time
J20 Petroleum Quality Assurance Course students tour a vessel at the Defense Fuel Support Point Okinawa in Japan. Defense Logistics Agency Energy conducted its first J20 Course at an active DLA fuel facility from April 6-24, 2026. The three-week course brought 25 students to Okinawa for a blend of classroom instruction and hands-on training in an operational environment.
