DLA Forges New Weapons Support Command to Sharpen Global Readiness
Army Lt. Gen. Mark Simerly, Defense Logistics Agency director, Army Command Sgt. Maj. Petra Casarez, the agency’s senior enlisted leader, and Navy Rear Adm. Julie Treanor, uncase the colors and conduct a flag pass, activating DLA’s newest major subordinate command, DLA Weapons Support, and designating Treanor in command.
