Partnership safeguards ancient artifacts recovered from Defense
Carl Weidner, cultural resources program manager for the Environmental Management Division at Defense Logistics Agency Installation Management at Susquehanna, initiated a comprehensive inventory and audit by requesting that the State Museum of Pennsylvania complete a physical inventory and inspection of indigenous artifacts recovered on the installation in the 1980s and securely maintained on-site in accordance with the National Historic Preservation Act.
