Army Lt. Gen. Mark Simerly, director of the Defense Logistics Agency, presented the Lt. Gen. Andrew T. McNamara Award for Distinguished Logistics Leadership to Chris Collins on July 23, 2026, at Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia, ahead of the deactivation ceremony for DLA Aviation.
