PHILADELPHIA –
A senior Army logistician got a closer look at how the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support provides materials to the service, the organization’s largest customer.
Lt. Gen. Aundre Piggee, the deputy chief of staff for Army logistics, or G4, was briefed by four of DLA Troop Support’s five supply chains during his visit to Philadelphia June 5: Subsistence, Clothing & Textiles, Construction & Equipment, and Medical.
Piggee thanked Troop Support employees for their support and for “providing the first-class products that our soldiers deserve.”
Piggee oversees policies and procedures used by all Army logisticians throughout the world.
