Ardra Farally, a Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime associate at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, is presented the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award from U.S. Navy Capt. Philippe Grandjean, commanding officer of Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center at Puget Sound. Farally’s adroit leadership and meticulous adherence to procurement regulations ensured prompt and responsible support to PSNS and IMF customers while maintaining a spotless procurement performance record during her temporary assignment as the Agency Program Coordinator for the Government Purchase Card Program.
