Different generations working together at DSCR in support of the warfighter

An Understanding and Working Across Generations workshop was held in the McKeever Auditorium on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia, Aug 27.

Nationally recognized learning leader Jeffery Vargas was the keynote speaker.

Sponsored by Defense Logistics Agency Aviation’s Command Support Directorate’s Equal Employment Office, the session was aimed at helping those of different generations learn and understand their generational preferences and what actions they can take, individually and as a team, to improve intergenerational innovation, collaboration, synergy and trust.

The interactive session also involved the larger crowd breaking down into separate smaller groups where they talked about what they like or dislike about their own and different generations.
