The federal benefits open season will run from Nov. 12 to Dec. 10. All questions related to benefits should be referred to the benefits team.
Associates are encouraged to utilize the team email and or phone (614) 692-0204 / DSN 850 to ensure the fastest assistance, as the team box and lines are continuously manned weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
