The People and Culture Directorate attended Meeting Management: A Refresher on Effective Meetings training Nov. 8 in the Byus Center.
The course provided information on:
- Facilitators’ roles and responsibilities to include information on getting organized and maintaining control during the meeting
- The importance of the agenda and information to consider when preparing it

Participants’ roles and responsibilities to include information on contributing to the meeting, being respectful, and staying physically and mentally present.
The training was developed and delivered by the directorate’s People Support and Culture Division.
