Kaveh Amirsolaimani graduated from the Defense Logistics Agency Pathways to Career Excellence Program Oct. 17 in Battle Creek, Michigan. Amirsolaimani will remain in Battle Creek as a property disposal specialist.

Kaveh Amirsolaimani graduated from the Defense Logistics Agency Pathways to Career Excellence Program Oct. 17 in Battle Creek, Michigan.

Amirsolaimani will remain in Battle Creek as a property disposal specialist.

Amirsolaimani comes to DLA from Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, where he was a material examiner and identifier for the past two years.  Prior to joining DLA, he worked for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Long Beach, California, as a medical support assistant.  He served four years in the U.S. Air Force as a Non-Commissioned Officer and was stationed at Vandenberg AFB, California. 

While in the Air Force he received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of La Verne in Business Management.  He later obtained his teaching credentials from East Carolina University and taught public schools in North Carolina.
