DSCR Visitor Center moves to appointment only for CAC, retiree, dependent ID cards

Richmond, Va.  –  

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic and guidance regarding social distancing, the Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia, Visitor Center will begin issuing common access cards, retiree and military dependent identification cards by appointment only effective March 26.

This will enable the Visitor Center to continue to support customers in an effective manner while complying with social distancing protocol and ensuring the maximum safety of customers and employees. 

Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) cards and issuance of passes for official visits will continue as normal.  We appreciate your patience in the current environment.
