By Dawn Bonsell, DLA Distribution Public Affairs

Missouri native Army Lt. Col. Robert J. West took command of Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania, from acting director Raymond Martin in a change of command ceremony May 17.

Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Keith D. Reventlow, commanding general, DLA Distribution Headquarters, presided over the ceremony. “During these unprecedented times, DLA has relied on team Tobyhanna more than ever to keep our service members well-equipped and in the fight. Such critical support could only be accomplished by a great workforce led by a great leader like acting director, Ray Martin,” Reventlow said.

Reventlow also welcomed West to the DLA team. “You are a proven leader and superb logistician. I know you will get the job done and ensure our warfighters get the support they need – whenever and wherever they need it,” Reventlow said.
