2021 DLA Hall of Fame inductees announced

Defense Logistics Agency Director Navy Vice Adm. Michelle Skubic has announced inductees into the 2021 DLA Hall of Fame. 

“The DLA Hall of Fame recognizes former DLA civilian and military team members who made significant and lasting contributions to this agency and its mission and represent the core DLA values and ideals we strive to uphold today,” Skubic wrote in a memo to DLA senior leaders.

Inductees are:

  • Denise Canada, former technical quality senior advisor, DLA Aviation;
  • Christos Cosfol, former deputy director, procurement process support, DLA Troop Support;
  • Thomas Legeret, former director, disposal operations, DLA Disposition Services;
  • James McClaugherty, former deputy commander, DLA Land and Maritime; and 
  • Stephen Sherman, former director, DLA Document Services.

Barring COVID-19 restrictions, the honorees will be inducted 10 a.m. Oct.7 at the McNamara Headquarters Complex on Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Information on previous inductees is available at the DLA Hall of Fame webpage.
