During his tenure as commander at DLA Distribution Anniston, Alabama, Ebel was a key driver at instituting digital changes to modernize operations and efficiently achieve mission critical fulfillment. High priority orders went from a two-and-a-half-day fulfillment to just a little more than half a day. The distribution center also underwent an organizational restructure that consolidated seven different divisions into three mission aligned teams that improved overall surge capacity.
