By Jonathan Stack, DLA Energy Public Affairs

[This is the fifth in a series of videos profiling Defense Logistics Agency acquisition professionals.]

A new acquisition professionals video focusing on a DLA Troop Support employee who finds acquisition solutions for his customers was released on the organization’s YouTube and Facebook sites March 23.

“Big Book of Rules” profiles Matthew Ligato, a contracting officer whose knowledge of contracting regulations helps him build fair and open solicitations.
A key message in the video is how shipping straight from manufacturers help reduce inventory and costs from DLA warehouses.
