Defense Logistics Agency Director Air Force Lt. Gen. Andy Busch traveled to MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, May 5 for meetings with leaders at U.S. Central Command and U.S. Special Operations Command.

During the visit, which was hosted by DLA Central, Busch discussed DLA support to the warfighters in the two commands. The general also received several briefings and visited local DLA activities, including Document Services’ MacDill office and the base’s Defense Fuel Supply Point.

At a luncheon held at the MacDill dining facility, Diner’s Reef, Busch discussed his newly released strategic plan and its emphasis on “Warfighter First.” He then had an opportunity to meet with representatives from every DLA activity in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area before returning to DLA Headquarters.
