“Mr. Evans displays tenacity and pride in his work.  He is a consistent high performer in both quality and quantity when performing his duties and always strives for perfection in support of our Warfighters and global customers,” said Foster.

Earlier this year, Evans was selected to assist the Inventory Action Team as first and second count coordinator.  Ultimately, he checked nearly 500 locations, counting more than 29,000 assets with only 23 inventory adjustments processed.  According to Foster, Evans’ tenacity was instrumental in DLA Distribution Corpus Christi receiving an outstanding rating during its FY15 Annual Chief Financial Officer inventory.

“Mr. Evans definitely makes a substantial contribution to the continued success of DLA Distibution Corpus Christi’s Inventory Integrity Branch and the effective establishment of its relevant objectives and attainable goals. Regardless of the complexity or magnitude of task at hand, he strives to support DLA Distribution and the Warfighter,” Foster concluded.
