DLA uses a number of different programs to fill job vacancies. Several main programs are listed below. Review the programs to determine if you meet the eligibility requirements.

DLA Pathways to Career Excellence (PaCE) Program

The Program is a 2-year corporate training program designed to train entry-level personnel for subsequent advancement to the journey-level in professional, administrative, and technological career fields.

Senior Executive Service (SES)

The Senior Executive Service (SES) is comprised of the men and women charged with leading the continuing transformation of government. These leaders possess well-honed executive skills and share a broad perspective of government and a public service commitment which is grounded in the Constitution.

DLA Pathways Internship Program

The DLA Pathways Internship Program formally known as the Student Educational Employment Program (SEEP) which included the STEP and SCEP programs, provides federal employment opportunities to students who are enrolled or accepted for enrollment as degree-seeking students taking at least a half-time academic, technical, or vocational course-load in an accredited high school, technical, vocational, 2- or 4-year college or university, graduate or professional school.
