Price Challenge and Verification programs raises the overall awareness of potential material overpricing/overcharging. The program puts the customer first through a process that allows individuals to submit suggestions, questions, or recommendations on issues of procurement actions or pricing. Price challenges allow customers to alert the DLA Supply Chains about possible overpricing, which enables continuous improvement of DLA processes by acting upon this customer feedback. The program provides DLA an important feedback loop that helps us improve customer satisfaction when we help them meet their readiness and weapon system acquisition support requirements at the lowest possible cost.
If you have evidence of overpricing, please feel free to submit a challenge or verification on any DLA managed Item of Supply - National/NATO Stock Number within the Price Challenge application; For Government Entities, CAC enabled.

The Price Challenge or Verification will be reviewed and researched by the appropriate DLA Technical Quality Value Engineering and Management team, and will provide a formal response of the findings, valid or invalid price challenge.
