The FLBB Minnow made it past the finish line but took on a lot of water right before the end of the pond at Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime’s Navy Cardboard Regatta held Oct. 11 at the Defense Supply Center Columbus’ Eagle Eye Golf Course pond. The boat fielded by DLA Land Supplier Operations was piloted by ‘minnows’ Ana Young (about to fall into the pond) and Marybeth Tkac. When they are not fish, Tkac is a product specialist supervisor and Young is a supervisory inventory management specialist in their non-regatta work lives.
