Product and Service Search

These products and services are categorized by the Major Subordinate Commands (i.e. Aviation, Land and Maritime, etc.) that manage the supply chain, and a Supplier can use the information to determine a pathway to which primary DLA supply chains (i.e. MSCs) need the material or service.

Where To Find Procurement Opportunities

DLA L&M conducts most of its business electronically through the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). DIBBS is a web-based bid board that allows suppliers to search for, view, and submit secure quotes on Requests for Quotations (RFQs), search and view Request for Proposals (RFPs), and view awards for DLA items of supply. Most of L&M’s solicitations are posted on the DIBBS bid board .

All procurements opportunities over $25,000 are publicized on the Federal Contract Opportunities website at SAM.gov . Search for DLA L&M’s opportunities and notices in SAM.gov  using the following codes:

Training Opportunities Calendar Year (CY) 2025

Virtual Training, Knowledge, and Opportunities (TKO) Seminars are collective and/or individual sessions that teach vendors how to START doing business with DLA. Vendors learn how to find open solicitations, how to submit a quote through DIBBS, and the procedures for viewing/downloading drawings. There are also many other relevant topics of discussion. The courses are designed for dealers, distributors, and manufacturers, but NOT a company that provides "services." All sessions are free.

TKO Webinar dates and topics are provided on the Outreach Calendar, along with a registration link.
