DLA: Be A Part of Something Big

Explore your future with the Defense Logistics Agency!

Forget about the stereotypes that you may have heard about working in the federal government. You know the ones, gray desks, lack of imagination, red tape. At the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) our philosophy is simple - the belief that happiness lies in the perfect balance between work and home. In fact, it's more than just our philosophy. It's our culture. It's our way of life.

During the typical workday our associates enjoy a challenging environment that requires their all - a culture where their ideas and decisions impact the well-being of members of our Armed Forces and that's our bottom line. But more importantly, with our work life balance benefits, they know that they will find that perfect balance between time at work and time away.
