The Technology Accelerator team solves high impact problems for DLA by connecting stakeholders across different silos in order to find a solution that intersects desirability, feasibility & viability.
What we do:
Build rapid prototypes that transition to stakeholders. We don’t own projects, we facilitate.
How we do it:
Use agile methods (lean innovation) that mirror tech start-ups. Projects are like new products that we are helping to launch.
Our Priorities
Rapid Prototypes – Build minimally viable products that aim to solve problems across the DLA enterprise.
Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) – Leverage this solicitation method to bring in traditional vendors via FAR contracts as well as non-traditional vendors via Other Transaction Authority (OTA) SAM.gov
Innovation Brokers – Connect and grow stakeholders across the innovation ecosystem including DLA, DoD, Federal Government, Academia, and Industry.
