Defense Logistics Agency Installation Management Richmond Emergency Services Dispatcher Hannah Williams keeps a watchful eye on the mass warning notification system, Giant Voice, from the Emergency Communication Center on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia. DLA Installation Management Richmond tested the with a "seek shelter" message March 8, 2022, as part of an annual tornado response drill conducted during Virginia Severe Weather Awareness Week March 7-11,2022.
