COLUMBUS, Ohio –
The Defense Logistics Agency’s Energy Summit on Aug. 16 included key players from DLA Land and Maritime as well as DLA Energy Commander’s Action Group, Workforce Development and Intern Center.
Best business practices were shared during the DLA Land and Maritime’s People and Culture Directorate briefings including scorecards, metrics, and professional leadership development as well as several other topics.
Those in attendance were able to take back these ideas and implement or tailor them to work in each of their respective areas.
DLA Land and Maritime received positive feedback on the summit and is considering expanding the invite list for future summits.
