COLUMBUS, Ohio –
The Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime Professional Self-Development Program, known as Level I Mentoring Program, trains associates on various aspects of professional and personal development as well as networking skills to help prepare for advancement opportunities and career success.
Steven Alsup. DLA Land and Maritime deputy commander, kicked off the first of 10 monthly sessions May 9 in the Building 20 Command Conference Room at the Defense Supply Center Columbus.
Twenty of the 31 associates in this year's program were able to engage in an interactive presentation "Navigating Your Career," a topic chosen by Alsup.
Several of this year's mentors participated and had questions answered as well.
