Runyan thanked Agpalza for her superb leadership and efforts over the last two years and expressed his excitement and satisfaction in joining the DLA team.

Agpalza arrived at DLA CENTCOM & SOCOM in July 2023. She thanked Director of Logistics Operations Air Force Maj. Gen. David Sanford for his confidence in her leadership and her DLA CENTCOM & SOCOM team for their professionalism and efforts.

Sanford noted that CENTCOM remains a very relevant theater in light of recent world events.  He thanked Col. Agpalza for her tireless leadership and hard work and wished her luck with her follow-on assignment as the director of logistics at SOCOM.

Sanford also noted Runyan’s impressive career and expressed full confidence that he is the absolute right fit for leading DLA CENTCOM & SOCOM going forward.
