Resiliency is the foundation for agency leaders’ actions in support of their customers and employees. It provides employees flexibility to adapt to changing environments while achieving outstanding results.

Tanya Lee leads the audit readiness human performance team in DLA Finance. She used to travel often for her job, until she began experiencing life-threatening blood clots and heart problems. Lee discovered the source of her strength in faith and fortitude.
