Turkey, ham and all the trimmings filled the serving lines inside the Halverson Hall Dining Facility, Nov. 28 at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support commander, along with senior leaders and their spouses from across the installation, served the traditional Thanksgiving meal to airmen away from home for the holiday.

For over 50 years, Subsistence has been providing traditional Thanksgiving food to field kitchens, dining facilities and galleys around the world.

In keeping with military traditions, senior leaders and their spouses at military installations around the world served the holiday meal to show appreciation to service members and their families for their service.
