Religious Supply Customer Account Specialist
Customer Account Specialist serves as primary team member within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Cell or Support Team responsible for the receipt, validation, and pricing of customer Sales Orders and for managing backorders.
The primary customer facing point of contact for the Order Fulfillment process in terms of resolving emergency requests, customer orders, providing tailored customer support, maintaining customer data, and initiating calls to customers.
Provides customer assistance in entering and processing sales orders, through Web Based Ordering systems (i.e. EEBP, FedMall etc.) or with any other issues to include obtaining reports on behalf of the customer.
