Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support at Richmond provides chemical and petroleum products support through a five-year base, five-year option incentive-based performance contract to ASRC Federal to manage the supply, storage and distribution of chemicals and petroleum products to military and federal activities in the Continental United States and to replenish DOW wholesale stock levels at DLA’s Outside of CONUS depots.
