ELEMENT DLMS NOTE 1. Use to indicate the PQDR Attachment File Name, including file type. 2. File name maximum length of 50 characters (excluding the file extension). Spaces/blank characters are not permitted in file names, hyphen “-” characters must be used instead. Lowercase letters are not permitted in file names; uppercase letters must be used. Underscores separate individual portions of the file name to support processing rules. The user-entered, file-name portion must not contain underscore characters.
