First Time Users

Step 1: Register for AMPS Roles

First time users need to register for AMPS roles in order to use the apps found across the website. Registering for AMPS is the mandatory first step to gain access to RTD Web, ETID Web, eDOCs, and other DLA Disposition Services applications. Use the tab below to register for AMPS and request your required AMPS Roles.

Step 2: Already Registered in AMPS?

Once you have AMPS Roles, you can register for either the RTD or ETIDs apps using the tiles below. The instructions on the following pages will assist you in account creation.

Step 3: Ready to Login

Once all registrations and account creations are complete, navigate to the one of the pages below to log into your application.

OKTA Single Sign On Note:

If you receive an error “Certificate validation failed. Choose another certificate and try again,” then contact the DISA Service Desk to sync the EDIPI number. The EDIPI is the number on the back of the CAC/PIV and is a field within AMPS. The DISA Service Desk is a required step to get the EDIPI number to sync.
