The Turn-in toolbox contains item-specific instructions for property which requires additional actions prior to turn-in as well as sample documentation and links for required forms. 

The Electronic Turn-in Documents (ETIDs) application allows customers to create web documents that simplify the disposal process.

The Turn-In Forms library contains everything needed for turn-in, including a sample of the most common turn-in form, DD 1348-1A.

Property that is too large, numerous, hazardous, or impossible for DLA to assume custody of qualify for Receipt in place (RIP), allowing customers to turn-in property in place at their location with DSR assistance.

EDOCs


EDocs serves as the central repository for disposal documentation. Customers can retrieve copies of their signed DD Form 1348-1A after property has been disposed of.

WebFLIS


WebFLIS provides essential information about supply items including the NSN, the item name, manufacturers, and suppliers (including part numbers).

H2 Tool


The H2 Federal Supply Classification (FSC) directory defines Federal Supply Groups (FSG) and FSCs, and cross references them. You may search the H2 by keyword, FSG or FSC

The H2 FSC search tool is able be utilized for proper FSCs in the assignment of LSNs.

H6 Tool


The H6 is the Item Name Directory that are in use for NSN assignment. It defines the names and cross references the Item Name Codes (INC) and FSC (Federal Supply Classes).

Each Item Name Code provides an Item Identification Guide on how NSNs can answer characteristic data about items categorized under that specific Item Name.

TULSA


TULSA is a US Army TACOM application that contains instructions and guidance for DEMIL F property. DEMIL F guidance can be accessed by searching for either NIIN or keyword.
