Turn-In Instructions

COMSEC and DEMIL P

DLA Disposition Services may only accept SCRAP receipts of COMSEC or Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI) property.

Material that is intact or recognizable United States Munitions List (USML) or Commerce Control List (CCL) items, components, and parts are NOT scrap.

Classified Material Disclaimer

ALL Classified stickers and/or markings must be removed prior to turn-in to DLA Disposition Services. The Unclassified sticker may remain on the material.

SF 706 Top Secret Sticker SF 706 Form - TOP SECRET must be removed

SF 707 Secret Sticker SF 707 Form - SECRET must be removed

SF708 Confidential Sticker SF 708 Form - CONFIDENTIAL must be removed

SF 709 Classified Sticker SF 709 Form - CLASSIFIED must be removed

SF-902 C U I Sticker SF 709 Form - CUI must be removed

SF 710 Unclassified Sticker SF 710 Form - UNCLASSIFIED May remain on property

NSA/CSS accomplishes disposition of classified materiel by using standard industrial conversion or approved destruction methods through numerous recycling and reclamation procedures in strict accordance with environmental, safety, and security standards.

The CMC is responsible for the secure collection, processing, destruction and conversion of acceptable classified materiel.
