Contractors will only utilize facilities listed on the Qualified Facility List (QFL) for U.S. Government disposal or recycling services. Use of a facility for disposal or recycling services not listed on the QFL is not authorized. This list does not relieve the contractor or their sub-contractor of any responsibilities for performing in accordance with local, State, and Federal regulations, and DLA Disposition Services contract terms and conditions.
For all questions regarding this list and its facilities, contact DLA Disposition Services Vetting at TSDFandTransporterInquiries@dla.mil.
All facilities on the PFAS Disposal list are also included in the regular list, which provides their addresses. To identify these specific facilities on the regular list, look for names enclosed in asterisks (e.g., *Facility Name*)

Under DLA contractual requirements, the facilities listed below are the sole authorized recipients for the final disposal of PFAS waste. Each list corresponds to a specific, authorized disposal method.
While other listed facilities may be used for interim purposes, the final disposal facility must be an approved PFAS disposal site from the lists below.
To ensure compliance, the following verification process is mandatory:
Facilities not explicitly named on the approved list in this red box are unauthorized for final disposal under DLA contracts, regardless of being legally permitted to process PFAS waste by any other local, State, or Federal government.
These facilities are authorized to receive any waste that is not explicitly restricted by the above list, on the condition that they hold all necessary legal permits for the specific waste being disposed of.
