Defense Logistics Agency Columbus Fire and Emergency Services hosted an open house at the fire station Oct. 9. The open house was open to everyone on the installation and allowed those who work on or are visiting the installation the ability to see the equipment and capabilities of FES. A wide variety of tools and equipment were on display. Visitors were able to look at the fire trucks, try on gear and handle various tools used by FES members on a daily basis. FES personnel also helped spread the message of fire prevention week to those who stopped by.
