DLA Troop Support seeks mentors and mentees to kick start leader development pilot
Joanne Anello, Industrial Hardware division chief, discusses a new mentorship program, with potential mentors and mentees. Anello, started the IH mentorship program and has assisted in the development of the new DLA Troop Support program which will provide an opportunity for the mentees and mentors to meet face-to-face for about an hour each month to discuss career planning, advancement opportunities and networking.
