Petty Officer’s First Class Jose Rubio and Joshua Davis of the Navy Talent Acquisition Group – Ohio River Valley (left), gained the dubious honor of most spectacular sinking Oct. 11 during the Navy Cardboard Regatta at the Defense Supply Center Columbus. The doomed vessel struggled early, flipping before the second crewman could board, as the USS Winnow (right) took an early lead. The USS Winnow went on to win the heat and advance to the final race.
