Defense Logistics Agency Installation Management at Richmond recognizes Police Lt. Col. Mark Bowen who was promoted to the new rank and became the deputy police chief at Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia in March. Bowen began his law enforcement career 35 years ago as a military police officer in the Marine Corps and then spent 21 years with the Chesterfield County, Virginia Police Department before coming to DSCR as a police officer in 2017.
