In commemoration of the terrorist’s attacks against the United States on Sept. 11, 2001, Defense Logistics Agency Aviation employees tell their story of where they were and what they were doing that fateful day 20 years ago.. On 9/11, Navy Cmdr. Curtis Ceaser was a petty officer 2nd Class stationed at Naval Station San Diego, California; today, he is the commander of DLA Aviation at Jacksonville, Florida.
