DLA Troop Support Construction and Equipment tailored vendor logistics specialist Thomas Rolland, right, and Medical acquisition specialist Michael O'Connor, left, were honored during a retirement ceremony May 30, 2019 in Philadelphia. Rolland retired with 14 years of service, and O’Connor with 35 years of service, including 24 years of military service with the Air Force.
