Maj. Nema “Mobar” Mobarakzadeh, USAWHC’s Command Sergeant Major, during a historic transition ceremony at Fort Bragg, N.C., Dec. 5, 2025. The flag was made in two weeks by two embroiderers at Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, just in time for an activation ceremony.
