The James Road Gate is fully operational and the sole entry for inbound truck/commercial vehicles. Outbound traffic is allowed for all vehicles 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday, except holidays.

Pedestrian/Bicycle Gate (3990 Broad Street) is the sole entry/exit for pedestrian/bicycles 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday – Friday, except Holidays. After hours and Holiday pedestrian/bicycle access can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis by calling
